Delete your Sudgo account

You can delete your Sudgo or Sudgo Pro account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

1. Open the Sudgo app (or Sudgo Pro if you are a cleaner).
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Option 2 — by email

Email support@getsudgo.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Sudgo account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email, phone, photo)
• Saved addresses, notifications, referrals and in-app messages
• Saved payment methods (removed from our payment processor, Stripe)
• For cleaners: your cleaner profile and payout account link

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of completed, paid bookings (date, service, amount) are retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, with your personal details removed from them where possible.
• Payment records held by Stripe are retained according to Stripe’s policies and applicable law.
