1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, addresses, and payment details. We also collect location data (only while using the App) to match you with nearby cleaners, and basic device information for security.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: book and fulfill cleanings, process payments, communicate with you, send booking updates, prevent fraud, improve our service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information with: the Cleaner assigned to your booking (name, contact, address), Stripe (for payment processing), Supabase (for authentication and data storage), and law enforcement if legally required. We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payment Information

Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe. Sudgo never stores your full card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

5. Location Data

We only access your location while you're using the App. Location is used to find nearby cleaners and show their arrival in real-time. You can revoke location access in your device settings at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Some transactional records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

7. Your Rights

You can: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account (Profile → Delete Account), request a copy of your data, and opt out of marketing communications.

8. Children's Privacy

Sudgo is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
